As a large organisation, we continue to invite fresh perspectives into our work, discover innovative ways to positively impact the world around us, and create better outcomes. We already have a range of employee networks that represent every strand of diversity, to provide a place for people to connect and learn from each other, which anybody can get involved in. These include the Family Network, the Ability Network, Rainbow Alliance (LGBTQ+), Embrace (Race and Ethnicity) and the Multi-Faith Network.
