We have recently launched our employee resource groups under the ESG banner, we have 5 groups in social, which cover the following areas: Culture, Disability, Gender Identity, Women and Working Families. These groups have been set up with our XMA workforce and anyone can join to be a part of the discovery, solutions, policy review, awareness days and much more.
We work alongside our data team who give us insight into the areas of priority. Each group has a focus area and a set of objectives to work towards.
We ensure we meet monthly to discuss and action ideas around inclusivity.
