Pros

-Good benefit package - I didn't have prior experience working in an office but the hiring team were really open in giving me a chance, as I had previous experience working in a customer service role but completely different environment. - When I started the role, I received training and help from teammates which made it a lot easier for me.

Pros

love the brand new offices this has greatly improved the feel of the business, culture has improved a lot but still has work! Some newer management have come in and this has changed things positively. Great company benefits!!

Cons

lots of changes across the business the last 2 years and things are settling down now for the better.

None there is nothing end of.

Cons

A lot of the long term XMA employees (In IT) I worked with mentioned they hardly get a pay rise, there are poorly paid.and they don't provide training in IT - Industry certifications...
