Brilliant, seamless and open. Was interviewed by various stakeholders in the company over a few hours and was so comfortable that we ended up going for a beer after the Interview.
Pretty strightforward - firstly with recruiter / HR, then hiring manager, then on-site presentation. Went very well and I got positive feedback initially during and after, but then did not get the role, which was disheartening as I felt the final shared feedback was a bit "picky".
I received multiple emails regarding scheduling an interview with the recruiter. However, the provided scheduling link did not work. Despite my repeated follow-ups via email and phone, I did not receive any response. Ultimately, I received a generic rejection email without any prior communication. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism in the hiring process.
