Interview
Writing here to describe my terrible experience interviewing with this company.
The interview was originally scheduled for 10 a.m. on Monday but was canceled just one hour before it was due to begin. This felt unprofessional, but I understood the internal recruiter might be busy. The interview was rescheduled for the next day—a 30-minute introductory call.
The recruiter arrived 4 minutes late to the call, which raised another red flag. Despite this, the interview went well, and they seemed eager to share details about the next stage of the process. However, they then spent 8 minutes struggling to locate a PDF with the relevant information. Eventually, I had to ask them to stop and email it to me later when they found it.
They assured me my details would be passed on, and the next stage interview would be set up. But since then, I’ve heard nothing. I followed up via email—still no response.
So, is that it? Do I lose my chance to join Activision/Blizzard because of an incompetent in-house recruiter?
