Albert Heijn Senior Software Developer interview questions

I recently had a really terrible interview experience with AH, and I wanted to share my story to save others from making the same mistake. During the interview, the interviewer asked me to keep her informed if I made progress with other companies. I agreed, thinking that this was a sign that they were interested in me as a candidate and that they might be considering me for the next round of interviews. Also, we promised each other for transparent communication. However, I didn't hear back from them. Finally, I followed up, she told me they've decided not to move forward. It was a complete waste of my time and energy, and it was incredibly frustrating that they couldn't even be bothered to let me know that they had decided not to move forward with me. I wouldn't recommend AH as a potential employer to anyone. The lack of communication and follow-up after the interview was really disappointing, and it's not the kind of behavior that you want to see from a company that you might be working for. If you're looking for a job, I suggest you steer clear of AH and focus your energy on companies that will treat you with the respect and professionalism that you deserve.
