Aon Strategy Consultant interview questions

It was an online video interview, about 15 questions (some were verbal response, others had a written response). It took a little over an hour, although it was not timed.

1. Phone interview 2. In person interview, followed by presenting a case study in front of two people and them tearing it apart. The case study information is very limited and they act like if includes a lot of information . So fit you have a case study be prepared to provide them with more information that is asked, I.e. Premium in the market of that particular product you are doing the case study on. 3 . Math test , 13 questions 4. Critical thinking interview Then you get to leave, and trust me I coudnt run out of there faster!! I believe I am strong candidate but I don't think I fit their culture !! Good luck! This was the most uncomfortable interview process ever, I don't think I will get an offer- and I don't think I want one. They really want critical and strategic thinkers, I don't think they know how to think outside the box. All besides two that interviewed me were very stuck up and acted as if they were better than me.
