BMS Performance Accounts Manager interview questions

Arrive, walk into room, talk about position. Interviewer ascertains suitability to the position. I interviewed for the role of accounts manager buts that really seems to be a bs term for hard seller. The preliminary phone interview wasn't forthcoming in what the role was actually, physically about. If you are a hard seller and can pretty much bully another company you coldcall into employing a sales person BMS enrol via a mass interview process, and live with yourself and the pressure, then fantastic! You are exactly what they want, a tough sales person because recruitment is a tough industry. I gave a negative review because I could have learned I wasn't suitable for the role via the preliminary phone interview. Instead we both wasted our time. Everyone I met at BMS seemed nice though.
