If you are a hard seller and can pretty much bully another company you coldcall into employing a sales person BMS enrol via a mass interview process, and live with yourself and the pressure, then fantastic! You are exactly what they want, a tough sales person because recruitment is a tough industry.
I gave a negative review because I could have learned I wasn't suitable for the role via the preliminary phone interview. Instead we both wasted our time. Everyone I met at BMS seemed nice though.
