1-way video format was ok. Odd speaking with noone on the other end, but it works fine. Next stage was a normal competency based interview. The questions were reasonable and the people nicer

Online interview with two colleagues, both very nice. Generic interview questions based on job description, including a few motivational and then mostly STAR based around key competencies. CV and application questions prior.

Interview
The interview panel consisted of two people, who started the interview process formally by introducing BHF and the existing team. After 10 minutes of the interview, the questions were quite casual, and the panel expected me to answer them in a STAR fashion, by providing detailed examples. Guess, they were asking questions for the sake of the interview, while the decision had been already made in their mind. The feedback was provided after two follow-ups, but this was generic enough.
