After completing application, achieved an interview where you had to answer three questions via a submitted video- a really odd experience as you were essentially talking to yourself (like looking in a mirror) rather than another person- maybe that's a top-tip to prepare for their interviews- get used to talking to yourself in a mirror. Questions were ok but i didn;t get a second interview as hadn;t added enough detail in one answer- perhaps a proper conversation would have drawn that out. I was left feeling that a charity has spent a lot of money on a fancy HR filtering system which left me thinking I didn't want to work for them anyway.
