CircleCI Sales Development Representative interview questions

Was supposed to have a phone interview which was rescheduled by the recruitment team. Waited for 10 minutes for the rescheduled phone interview, no answer from the recruiter. Followed up no answer from the company.

Interview process was quick, but what annoyed me is that there was little transparency on the hiring side. I still think the company and the team were great, but they misled me into thinking that I would be a good fit there. The hiring manager told me that I was one of the top candidates and thought I could well on their team. After the onsite, they spoke to my reference and the reference said that the conversation went well, but I ended up getting a rejection email this morning with no feedback or insight into why I didn't move forward. I'm someone that feels that feedback fuels you as a person to do better and think that a standard form letter just adds insult to injury. Really think the company and team are great, but I think there was not as much communication on their end, which would have been much appreciated.
