Civica Account Development Manager interview questions

It was easy interview, mainly discussed my past experience and some scenario based questions. However, towards the end I felt the interviewer was much junior than me and also we talked about the package and it was way below my expectations. All this could have been avoided with a bit of transparency. I withdrew myself from the process.
