I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Civica (Leeds, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process is a 2 staged interview process, one of which is a workshop. The workshop interview consisted of between 10/15 people, in which we were provided a scenario to manage and present at the end.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Civica (Perth, Western Australia) in May 2026
Interview
I had an initial interview with the recruitment consultant that lasted around 25-30 minutes. I was advised on the phone what the typical next stages would look like and advised I would hear an update by close of play that week. It has been 2 weeks and I have had no updates, I have sent several chasers to which these have been completely ignored. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. It takes no more than a couple of minutes to respond and update applicants to let them know either way the outcome of their application.

Question 1
What is important to you from a place of work?
Describe your background in projects end-to-end.
Nice and fast from interview to offer. Farily vague and unstructured questions but open discussion. Plenty of time to ask questions of the company. Two round of interview only and the second was fireside chat
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Civica (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
I was scheduled for a 15 minute initial call with the Director, all he wanted to know was answer to 2/3 questions and if you dont answer them correctly that was the end of the interview. It was a bit annoying as they could have been pre-screening questions with the Talent acquisition person rather than waste my time.
