Applying was easy but the interviewers are not very nice, they pick and choose who they want even tho you score good, I was told I scored well but they chose other candidates who scored ‘ higher ‘

you have the online assessment which is about 30 questions if I remember correctly, then a video interview and then an interview with a panel. after there's a 2 week period to get your offer in place

You are at court and have been asked to provide a statement to a witness who has just arrived. As you begin to locate the statement, another Paralegal Assistant asks for your help in finding a quiet space for a vulnerable witness who is feeling overwhelmed. What do you do and why?

Took three months to invite me to attend an online interview-hated the structure as I feel it doesn’t allow you to show off your ability properly. There should be some flexibility with the structure .
