Question 1
What my experience was previously and how that relates to the role
Smooth process and not overly complicated. It was clearly organised and had been told how the process would be run at the outset. I had 3 interviews. The phone screening call was straightforward and the 2 in person interviews were well organised and timely.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Curve
Interview
3 rounds:
1st - Recruiter screen
2nd - With hiring manager
3rd - With another person
The first 2 rounds went really well and I was told the hiring manager had really positive feedback for me. The 3rd round was the issue.
The 3rd interview, they did not ask anything related to what the recruiter told me would be asked. The interviewer was extremely condescending and seemed like they didn't want to be there at all. They even told me that the interview was going to end pretty early from the start.
The icing on the cake was when they decided to just ghost and not reach out regarding if a decision had been made.
Super unprofessional, extremely condescending, misleading, and just overall a terrible experience. The entire process lasted several weeks and has been immensely draining.
Avoid at all costs. They pride themselves on having high integrity but have not shown it once throughout this whole process.
