I applied to the position after finding a posting on glassdoor. I did not hear back for almost a month. Then out of the blue I received a call. I had a half hour conversation with the manager on the phone, and scheduled an in person interview a few days after that. The in person interview lasted about four hours where I met with five different people, and discussed topics about the role, my experiences, and some critical thinking questions. I received an official offer about a week later, and the offer met my expectations. All interviewers were great people with a variety of different experiences.
