ELEXON Senior Change Analyst interview questions

I had a telephone interview where I was mainly asked about what my impression of the role was and about ELEXON as a company. As my current role involves working with ELEXON this felt rather easy although there was a point where I had a mind-blank and the interviewer kindly rephrased the question. If you don't work with ELEXON I'd advise watching their annual report videos, and making notes from their website guidance, and perhaps having a go at explaining what ELEXON as a company do to someone who doesn't work in the energy sector. Following this was an in-person interview where I gave a presentation and was asked competency questions. The in-person interview went over by about 15 minutes. There were two panel members who were friendly and calm. I'm rating the interview process as negative for two reasons - first, I applied in August and it took a long time until I heard anything back (my second interview was in October I believe) as the manager was on holiday and going from telephone interview to in-person interview took a long time too. Second, it's now been about three months since the in-person interview and I haven't heard anything back which I don't think is good practice and I would strongly consider not applying for an interview at ELEXON in the future, despite getting along well with the staff I currently know there and enjoying their area of work. I don't have issue with the other aspects of the process, I just believe an interview should be conducted quite promptly and that candidates shouldn't be ghosted by employers. I have conducted interviews from the other side of the table so it's not as if I'm unaware of how long the process should normally take, and I do apologise if there were extreme circumstances such as ill health that affected this specific interview process.
