Interview
Only one interview which took place in the capital city. The questions were well designed and were non-technical, such as what is your biggest achievements and how do you work within teams.
Online application followed by interview. Was interviewed by a senior member of the division. Interview lasts about 30 minutes. Very friendly atmoshpere. Questions were around teamwork and conflict resolution. No technical questions were asked.
