Job title: Brokerage Operations Associate - Payments/Settlements
First I had a phone interview with the Talent Specialist, who was very supportive and guided me through the entire interview process.
Then I had another call with the Operations Manager, where I was asked questions regarding my work and my uni-related experiences.
Following that, I had two more interviews via zoom. The first one was more about role-related questions and the second one on the values of the company to see if I would be the right fit for the company.
Overall, the entire interview process was smooth and very positive and I received full support and feedback from the Talent Specialist at all stages.
