Informal, outside but really inviting. Had a lovely chat, ask lots of questions about me, my hobbies/ interests and why I wanted to pursue the role. I was originally invited to a group zoom call, however I wasn't able to attend, so I met the deputy manager in person for a 1-1. Really welcoming and nice to talk with
