Daily interviews are taken at office. Tech graduate and diploma holders are not interviewed easily. HR and manager two rounds are there. After training your process will finalize. Before that a mock call is taken by manager and review your training performance.

Interview
The whole process was divided into three phases.
The first phase was the normal interaction with the HR. The next round consists of the versant round where a machine program will score you on the basis of your pronunciation. Minimum marks required to clear this round id 70%.
Then in the final round, a senior HR will contact you for salary discussion and if you sound positive on the provided salary then within a week you will be asked to join.

Interview
Versant round, online assessment, hr round. Most of the interview process is based on english communication skills and how many regional languages you know. Other than that there is no much about the interview. If experienced need to provide valid documents. Over all interview process is easy
