Initial "chemistry call" video interview which felt very rushed and borderline unprofessional, followed by in-person panel interview with initial technical assessment.
A further interview stage with a senior manager was anticipated however they "put the role on hold" - in short, after receiving immediate confirmation that I was to be invited to the final stage, I have to wait / chase for FOUR WEEKS before being told that the role was now on hold. Astonishing timewasters.

Contacted by telephone by internal HR recruitment person. Interview was arranged very professionally and efficiently within 2 weeks, at a time convenient to me. Interview was conducted using a strcutured competency based approach by 2 senior management. HR provided feedback on my interview the following day and a job offer in writting a day later. This was an excellent recruitment experience. I had the same HR recruitment person from start to finish and was engaging throughout.
