It was a "get to know you" screen interview just after applying. The founder reached out and thanked me for applying, mentioned the next steps, and included at the end ***THAT THE JOB ISN'T A PAID ROLE.*** You only get equity for a company that isn't worth anything. You literally get paid nothing for this role.
