Magnet Branch Manager Designate interview questions

Telephone interview lasted about 30mins. I was sent a little more detail about what will be asked. It included past experience and about the job itself. I wasn't aware that competency questions would be asked during this stage. I had at least 6 of them and it wasn't very clear this would be part of the phone interview, as naturally, I assumed these would be asked during an in-person interview. The interviewer was nice and friendly though.
