Online application - Recorded Interview (2 questions) - Assessment Centre (3 days of roughly 30-40 candidates per day) - 1 on 1 interview - Offer Assessment Centre review - Mediocre assessment centre design - Promised feedback and never gave it despite repeated requests - Tasks themselves did not provide an opportunity to demonstrate role specific competencies - Assessment tasks were abstract assessment of communication and skill; allowed significant assessor bias due to a lack of standardisation - No breaks were given between 3 tasks, which occurred back to back - Minimal engagement with directors and other employees outwith the assessments - Were told there would be an opportunity to talk to employees but that did not happen
