Today we launch our 2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) report, and we’re really proud of what it shows. In the first year of our corporate plan, Tenants at Heart, we’ve delivered a strong set of results, with improvements across almost all measures and performance that places us in the sector’s top quartile. Over 80% of our tenants in rented homes are satisfied with our services, and we’ve seen a significant uplift for shared owners too. These results reflect the focus we’ve put on listening to tenants, investing in our homes, and strengthening our services, as well as the work our colleagues do every day to deliver them.
