The interview process was lenghtly and difficult as expected. I went through many stages from phone interview to 1 on 1 to group panel. Everything was going well until I reached the group panel. The interviewees seemed low and not very encouraging about the position. Atfer the interview they completly ghosted me. I spent hours of my time for these interviews and not a single email regarding my application. I emailed them for a follow up and no response. Stay away from this company, they don't care about you at all. I'm very glad I didnt get an offer.

Interview
I had a 30 min phone screen/interview with HR and in the process, a missing requirement experience for this particular assignment came to light: JIRA, Agile (I only have academic and the ability to learn it on-the-go). The remainder of the requirements were above expectations so HR rep. took note and told me she'd consult with their manager.
I soon received an email from HR letting me know the missing experience was a essential, thus they were unable to proceed any further... :-(
HOWEVER, Although we did not proceed to next step, their HR person (N.Mc.) was fully honest and went a step above the norm by providing the exact business reasons, not the standard "automatic, politically correct & impersonal" message that 99% of the organizations provide to those who show interest on them. Furthermore, she provided "FEEDBACK" (i.e. my strengths and areas where I can improve for a future, similar opportunity!!)
... that left on me with a very impressive, positive taste of the company.
