Penguin Random House Contracts Assistant interview questions

Applied online, and got asked about 3 weeks later to come in for an interview the following week. The interview was very informal with 2 members of the team, and they spend a lot of time telling me what the job involved and going through each area to see if I had any experience in it. Overall they didn't ask me many questions directly and the interview only ended up being about 25 minutes, and I left feeling like I wasn't given much opportunity to pitch myself. They told me I would hear back within a week (they even mentioned they know it isn't nice waiting and not knowing), however I have not heard anything back 2 weeks on. Chase-up emails have been ignored by the HR team, which I think is pretty disrespectful given someone has taken time and money to attend an interview.
