I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rapid7
Interview
Had a pre-screen call. The recruiter was 20 minutes late and was awkwardly casual. They really were pushy with me telling them the salary band I am seeking, saying they can't share theirs. Then when I tell them, miraculously they're able to pull it up and I was over their number, leaving it very awkward and obvious that they really did not like it when I said that. Was then ghosted for 4 months and then got a rejection email.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Rapid7 (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in May 2025
Interview
They asked different questions compared to the topics they have originally told me to revise for the interview. Long interview process. Split into 6 different interviews over 2 days. A few of the questions threw me off
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rapid7 (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Jan 2024
Interview
Multi round interview.
With product management, product marketing, ux and engineering.
A lot of focus on cross functional collaboration.
No presentation round as part of process.
4 interviews about 45 minutes each.
Interviews all similar in style talking through experience and working with teams.
Very informal but came away with a good impression of the company.
Some advice to prepare, learn the core values and look at your experience to map to the values.
