Worst interview process I've ever been across. Went through 4 rounds of interview and 3 of them were in person till manager level and on same day and manager will come and portrayed the company like best workplace around and badmouth other companies and then they'll call you and tell you that the panel didn't find you right fit for senior position and the expected budget is high and will offer you junior position with half the budget Please don't waste the time of candidates by calling them for in person interviews and wasting their whole day when in the end your HR could not even give a valid reason to not go forward. If budget is really an issue make the candidate aware before whole process don't expect them to come in for pennies and work for you like a star Note to the senior management sitting abroad look at the process they are following in India otherwise soon this will be one of many companies failed to setup their operations in India
