Easy process; recruiter -> hiring manager -> two dept members. 45min-1 conversations with the employees, standard questions, looking for the right fit and skill set for the role. Good people. Got a call back saying the position was put on hold until the following Quarter. Never heard back.

Was a long interview process and by the time i got to the end, it was clear that this wasn’t a fit. Culture seemed stuffy and they were insistent on being physically in office.

Had a phone interview with the recruiter. Conversation went well. Talked about past experience and role. She told she would reach back out. She never did. No call. No email. This is very amateurish behavior. I will make sure not to recommend Rapid7 or the recruiter to anyone in the future.
