call test and questions about experience and score scheme and good presentation and explanation about the company values: they ask you to do a phone call after an explanation of the process in order to see how good you are on the phone, after they explain about coaching and developing and they ask you to do a coach session, after that they ask you questions about previous experience and they score your answers

Very slow. I applied online and it took awhile to hear back, no enthusiasm on Safestores' part during the process. Considering most of the interview process was over the phone, the lady on the initial phone call was bland and uninformative, seemed like she was bored of talking to me. The telephone interview was better however very repetitive. I was invited in for a lengthy interview, unfortunately had to decline due to the bad initial experience

Telephone interview with a member of the internal recruitment team that lasted approx 45 mins. He was very friendly and clearly explained the structure and format of the interview.
Very disappointed not to get a phone call or email from anyone after my interview to explain the outcome.
