Saviynt Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

The initial process started out fine but quickly became incredibly uncoordinated. I went through 2 rounds of interviews and was explicitly told that I did great and would be moving on to the next round. Instead, I was completely ghosted. Out of nowhere, I later received an invite from the initial screener asking to meet again. When I replied asking for clarification on where I stood in the process, the communication went entirely radio silent once more. It feels like nobody in their hiring team has a clue what is going on internally. Extremely disorganized experience.
