A recruiter reached out to me 4 months after my application as I heard nothing back. I then was invited for a phone call interview with the selfridges recuiter. 1 week later I was invited to a zoom interview with the hiring division manager. I had a very standard interview and can you imagine till this day 7 months later nobody has been in touch with me for the outcome or feedback. Highly shocked
