Extremely long interview process, one virtual interview I had to code with a language that I've never used before (ruby) it was just implementing tutorial level functions like a unit converter.

Pretty straight forward, code review + coding challange, very relaxed, had to complete tests, gave a cheatsheet for the new progamming language you are supposed to use for the 2 stages.

2 online tests testing cognitive skills 1 HR call to discuss motivations, expectations, past experiences... 2h technical interview with different teams Well organised, good communication, but takes several months. Employees interviewing me were very nice, open to answer questions.
