Sumo Digital Graphic Designer interview questions

Really informal which was nice, and expected of the company tbh, digital task to do after which was expected but was 3 weeks after the initial interview date. Whole process took over 2.5 months. I was never kept informed and had to chase at every point every week or 2 just to keep myself in the loop of what was happening. Not ideal for a senior role. The people are so lovely and the company seems great but even if I got the role I would query joining due to the fact that it seemed so disorganised and having to chase a simple update was difficult. I would consider applying for a role in the future regardless as the company values and feel and progression seemed good.
