Very friendly review process and they really got to know me. A few stages and they took the process very seriously to make sure you are the right fit. The recruitment team were timely and flexible but the tasks were tough so not an easy ride - do your homework. Would recommend that you take time to learn about what the business cares about eg its Foundation
