Give a Situation e.g. a customer couldn't find an item they saw on the online store The Tasks you needed to do e.g. approach the customer, introduce yourself and ask how you can help The Action you took e.g. After hearing out the customer, you searched the store and checked stocklists to see if the item was available, it wasn't but you noticed the system sad another store not to far had the item in, you informed the customer and offered to give them the address to the store and call ahead to make sure the item was there for when they arrived or you could order it in and they could collect/have it delivered. The Result e.g. customer was satisfied and requested I contact the other branch to make sure item was available and took the address then left.
