Good Pay, great benefits, great inner team work.

Cons

Micro managed, pushed for sales for bonus scheme and then getting pips of not meeting targets, work load and organisation is terrible, fleet services are non existent, management unable to give real answers on bonus outcomes monthly. Stressful environment, no career advancement.
