U.S. Bank Customer Service Representative interview questions

Two interviews. Typical questions you get at lost interviews. If you’ve used the STAR method before, then you get it. The response time was great. There was a background check.

Was over phone had about 6-8 basic interview question. Interview was thorough and had a lot of fun in interview. Was easy going and gave me time with responses. I was also asked if I had question amor anything to add I did ask questions and she appreciated that. Interviewee also gave me more information about postion and picking what time shift I would want if I got the job.
