Feel it is not great if you have any learning disability and/or if you need adjustments. I have dyslexia and contacted them about this, they then 'adapted' the interview to be over the phone instead however, they 'lost' my application as it wasn't with the other candidates due to mine being adjusted. So therefore I was out of the running and wasn't considered after months of waiting.

Online application, online testing, Skype interview, on-site assessment centre in Sydney. The overall process is quite long, with the Skype interview lasting almost an hour, numerous online questions and a full day assessment.
