Zizzi Restaurants Manager interview questions

Had a one on one with the area manager in a different Zizzi to what i had applied for. Was a lengthy interview with food given to me to try, where i sat on my own and awkwardly ate. I was then told i had to go and do a trial shift at another Zizzi on a Friday night. This trial took me an hour to get to, i had previously been told i only had to be there 2 hours, yet when i arrived was told i was expected to stay all evening (UNPAID). This is not very professional, you can't expect people who work full time hours and attend an interview to then work an 8 hour shift unpaid. I didn't stay the full 8 hours and well and behold i got declined from my application processing any further.
