Recruiter called to arrange interview and described everything. Was very kind, funny, and explained everything well. Interview with future manager very similar. Interviewer built rapport quickly. Second interview stage with future manager and regional manager was a presentation on my plan for the first 90 days. Everyone I had met at every stage seemed very invested and cared a lot about both their staff and the students.

The interview was broken down in two stages, first a screening call with Donny and a second interview on site with the manager. Both were brilliant. Lot's of information about the company, asked many questions about my previous roles and given scenarios to which I was asked to answer how I would deal with them.
