We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our office environment - we're very proud of our work space and the environment we have created, particularly focussing on the well-being of our iQers with social spaces and events to connect with each other away from the day job. We also appreciate your comments about how you felt about your workload, volume and pace. We are unapologetically fast-paced - constantly striving to respond to our iQers' needs as quickly as we can, making improvements and resolving concerns. We recognise that a busy environment isn't for everyone -it can feel demanding to some, while others will thrive on the pace and variety of work. We are continually reviewing the ways in which was support all our iQers, how we streamline processes to be more efficient, and ensure workloads are manageable and evenly distributed amongst teams.
