After an incredible morning hosting our first MasterChef, the energy carried straight into the afternoon with our very own Bar Clash — bringing together talented team members from across the business to showcase their cocktail/mocktail creations🍸 The creativity behind the bar was just as impressive as in the kitchen. From bold flavour pairings to eye-catching presentation, every serve had its own story and it was amazing to see so many people step up and bring their ideas to life. A huge shoutout to all 10 finalists! The talent and passion on display made this a standout competition👏 Congratulations to our winners: 🥇 1st Place: Gary Lawrence – Bella Italia, Inverness 🥈 Joint 2nd Place: Edward Williams – Banana Tree, Cardiff 🥈 Joint 2nd Place: Oliver8 Crayshaw – Chiquito, Manchester A special thank you to Pernod Ricard for attending and sponsoring the event and providing the drinks that made it all possible.
