Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism, and learning disabilities within the UK. Through our Values of; Integrity, Trust, Empowerment, Respect, and Care, we take pride in the services we offer and the outcomes we enable individuals in our care to achieve. Our expert and highly dedicated care team of 10,685 employees supports 2,694 individuals across 150 services to consistently make a positive difference in their lives. We maintain a good relationship with our quality regulators and undergo regular inspections, with 81% of our services rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’.

Te Whatu Ora | Health New Zealand leads the day-to-day running of the New Zealand health system. Functions are delivered at local, district, regional, and national levels. These include: • National Public Health Service • Hospital and specialist services • Primary and community care. • Clinical governance We also work in partnership with the Māori Health Authority to improve services and health outcomes. We want our team of teams to reflect the diversity of the communities we're working to improve care for, including those that historically have been underserved by the health system.
