Requirements of on-call and weekend work. Managers vary in experience and capability. Not disability friendly for the most part in my experience - required work adjusments often not met. You will not get promoted - ever, you need to apply for a higher band. Whether you work you a** off or do the bare minimum, you will get paid exactly the same.
