On Saturday, we were proud to host the very first OneRAC Recruitment Day - a true first of its kind for RAC - and it exceeded all expectations. Candidates had the opportunity to meet a wide range of colleagues from across both our SMR and Patrol teams, before taking part in our fast‑track recruitment process, all in one action‑packed day. 📈 The results spoke for themselves: - Fantastic attendance - An incredible pass rate - 100% positive candidate feedback The feedback we’ve received has been hugely encouraging, with valuable insights we’ll carry forward as we continue to evolve our recruitment approach.
