Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience so far. It’s really lovely to hear how much you enjoy working with the child, the support you get from your manager, and the teamwork with our wrap‑around support teams. It’s great to know the work–life balance works well for your home life too. The long shifts can definitely be tough, which is why we make sure there’s proper downtime built in as well. Thank you again for your dedication to the role, you really are making such a difference to every child we support.

Pros

I truly enjoy my role and enjoy the fast-paced, busy environment it offers. It is a rewarding position where the children remain at the heart of everything we do. I feel fully supported by my managers and the wider leadership team, and I would like to personally thank the company for the care and support I received during my recent illness. With the exciting growth happening across the company, it feels like a great time to be part of the team, and I look forward to contributing to its continued success.

Cons

I personally cant think of any.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re really pleased you’ve found the work rewarding and the team supportive. We know the role can be emotionally demanding and the shifts and rural locations aren’t for everyone, but you really are making a difference to each child you support. We’ll keep working on our offering to make sure colleagues have the right support and benefits in place.
